Popular celebrity chef Rachael Ray has her own range of cookware and we rate the 5qt anodized aluminum non stick saute pan as our product of the week.
Aluminum is an excellent conductor of heat making for evenly cooked foods. The drawback with aluminum is that it is a relatively soft metal which means it can dent and scratch easily. This is overcome however by a process known as anodization which causes the aluminum to oxidize and ultimately harden offering a strong durable piece of cookware.
This saute pan is perfect for browning and cooking meats and is coated in a non-stick surface making cooking a breeze.
