I also have the cookware, I use it on my glass top stove and absolutely love it! It heats up evenly, you do have to becareful about the pan sliding, but I just make sure to hold onto the pan when stirring or turning something. I hope this helps you.

Thanks you so much for the info. Sent today inquiry to http://www:meyer.com/contact_us.html as recommended. Their system said that I should here back in about two days. I was very impressed with their website and the information given on care and FAQ asked section relating to cookware. Thumbs up! There is no doubt I will refer folks to them.
I am not expecting the manufacturer to do anything about my issues, but all I can say is "buyer beware". If you have any problems with a products take it back to where you purchased it. Make sure you keep your receipts. If I get info worth reporting, I will be sure to pass it along.

Hi Pam,
In the past we contacted the company through the Paula Deen website here – http://www.pauladeen.com/contact but we received the response back from the Meyer company and you can contact them here – http://www.meyer.com/contact_us.html.

The Meyer Company are the people that you would probably be best sending the photos of your cookware to. Good luck.

First site I have looked through to see if anyone else has had problems with Paula Deen's cookware. The problem we have been having is food sticking to the non-stick surface. We purchased the 12" skillet with copper bottom several months ago. From the beginning with each use it has gotten worse. Unfortunately, even if I add oil to the pan to see if that would help. Today while cooking pancakes I tried to turn them over, and they stuck. This time I took pictures to show the manufacturer. Anyone have a contact that I might email my pictures to? I really don't like to complain, but the skillet did cost a bit, and should hold up to daily use.

If you read the literature that came with your set thoroughly you would already know. It says you can use it on glass top ranges but not to move a hot pan to a cold burner

My husband brought the 12 piece set for me a couple of months ago. The red set. I love how they cook, but now the color is a dingy color, not red at all. It looks like it has a film across it. Can anyone tell me why this is. I am really upset at this, he paid really good money for this set.

It certainly sounds like you have a faulty lid, Diana. Please keep us informed about how you go getting the lid exchanged. Sharing these experiences helps our readers know which companies are easy to deal with when it comes to exchanging faulty products. The majority of companies realize the importance of good customer relations and are generally more than willing to be helpful, but there are always those companies who can be difficult.
The burgundy set is attractive looking.

I bought the burgandy set yesterday. The lid wasn't tight on the big pot--steam was escaping like crazy! I'm going to try and exchange it, maybe I just received a bad lid. I really like the color of them and they seem very well made. Fingers crossed!!

As far as I know the enamel stockpot isn't sold separately. I have done a search but no one seems to sell it.
