Great Cooking with the 1.5qt All Clad Stainless Steel Saucepan

One thing about having a cooking website is that you get to review all the different types of cookware that is available.  So knowing how great All-Clad cookware is, it was a real pleasure to be able to check out the All-Clad 1.5-qt. stainless saucepan.

Now there aren’t many who can resist the great looks and functionality of stainless steel cookware.

All Clad cookware is well known for its quality and their stainless steel collection is no exception. This collection has a magnetic stainless exterior and that allows it to be used on both conventional and induction ranges.

And of course the 18/10 stainless steel on the cooking surface means that the cookware will not react with food.

The saucepan is a heavy duty pan that heats evenly, the food doesn’t stick and the pan cleans up quickly and easily.

One thing I’m not keen on is the angle of the handle, I found it a bit awkward to use but that is simply a personal observation.   My daughter in law has an All Clad saucepan and when I mentioned this point to her, she didn’t feel the same way.

I find this size of saucepan is ideal for making sauces and dishes like chocolate pudding etc, it’s just right for when a smaller pan is required.
