Zyliss Mandolin - Slice & Shred With Ease

With the Zyliss Mandoline Slicer you can slice fruit and vegetables easily and safely to whatever thickness you want.

There is a rail-guided sliding track which lets the Zyliss mandolin glide in a back and forth motion over the V-shaped stainless steel blade. You can use the slicer on all shapes and sizes of food and it can handle small or large quantities.

The Zyliss mandoline makes it is easy to slice fruit and veges easily and quickly for all those dishes such as the oranges that you want to have floating decoratively in the fruit punch, or potatoes for a casserole, kiwi fruit to decorate pies and meringues or tomatoes and mozzarella or bocconcini, as well as slicing your veges into matchstick strips to add to that delicious stirfry you are cooking.
