There are times when you and the kids just feel like deep fried chips, chiko rolls, spring rolls and lightly battered fish as a meal. But isn’t it a hassle when you have to heat the oil in a saucepan, and you have no control over the cooking temperature, so things burn on the outside and are still uncooked on the inside. Yuk.

Well now you can have it all, perfectly deep fried food just to your liking with the DeLonghi Esclusivo Deep Fryer.

Because this fryer has loads of space, the food fries evenly and completely every time, and its large capacity makes if perfect for families of all sizes.

Once you have set the digital adjustable thermostat so that the food fries to your liking you then set the digital timer so that you can monitor the cooking time for a perfect result. There is a viewing window that lets you view the frying process safely and easily. The DeLonghi deep fryer has dual zone technology that creates a ‘cool zone’ under the heating element so that the food won’t burn. This technology also keeps the oil clean and reduces odor giving your food a tasty resuld every time you cook.

Now we all know that when you use a saucepan for deep frying you generally end up with a mess to clean up. No so with the DeLonghi deep fryer, the bowl, frying basket and lid are all dishwasher safe. And draining the oil isn’t a problem because this deep fryer has an easy clean system for when its time to drain the oil. All you do is open the front door on the unit and drain the oil through the tube into your storage container for future use or for recycling. Lifting or lowering the frying basket is safe and easy because of the cool touch handle which is removable.

One thing I don’t like much when deep frying food is that the kitchen fills up with the smell of of hot oil. Well inside the stainless steel lid on the DeLonghi deep fryer there is a permanent mesh filter which stops the oil vapors and odors into your kitchen.

Now there is one more excellent feature on the DeLonghi Deep Fryer and that is the detachable cord which has a condensation shield that stops condensation getting onto the cord connection and because the cord is magnetic, it comes away easily from the fryer if someone accidently pulls it.

So if you are a fried food fan, either regularly or occasionally, I don’t think you can go far wrong with this deep fryer.
