&lt;p&gt;&quot;The double blades mincing knife can be sharpened best with a whetstone, if need be it can also be taken apart – carefully with a screwdriver lest to scratch the surface. The blades a sharpened at the outer side only, hence restoring the original sharpness with an approx. angle of 15-20° should not be a problem.&quot;&lt;/p&gt;
