The 13.7 inch non stick surface is ideal for cooking pancakes and eggs but you can just as easily cook bacon, steak or any other type of meat and vegetables.

The Zojirushi gourmet sizzler electric griddle has a dual circular titanium ceramic heating surface which gives you an efficient cooking area, and it has heat settings of 280° to 480° plus there is a keep warm function.

I like the idea of the tempered glass lid which retains the flavor of the food by keeping in the heat and moisture, it also helps to reduce food splatters. The lid has a stay cool knob.
