the-ultimate-cookie-sheet-vollrath-co-cookie-sheetWow, this is it….the ultimate in cookie sheets, or as Cooks Illustrated calls it: “The Holy Grail of cookie sheets.” They highly recommend it.

We all know the problems that can happen with cookie sheets – warping, difficulty cleaning, rusting, cookies cooking unevenly… the list goes on.

The Vollrath Co. Cookie Sheet does its best to overcome all of these issues and more.

The reviews on the net are outstanding for this product.

What We Like

  • It’s made from heavy gauge aluminum for even heat distribution. This means your cookies will cook evenly.
  • This cookie sheet is thick and solid and it doesn’t warp.
  • The cookie sheet has two flat sides so that cookies just slide off.
  • It has a small hole at the end so you could hang this on a hook.
  • Easy to clean.

What We Don’t Like

  • Nothing really.
