It comes with two separate 2.5qt stainless steel trays but these can both be removed if you like so you can have one large area to use as a warming plate.

The handles on the side are cool to the touch and the bottom of the unit is fitted with non-skid feet.

It has three temperature settings so you can control how hot you want your food to be – low 155F – medium 175F – high 200F. Remember that you are only trying to keep food warm here so any higher than that and you would be cooking your food.

For what you get this is a reasonably priced buffet server.
