Who doesn’t love Italian food. There isn’t much that beats food prepared with fresh ingredients and who can resist risotto or soup with thick, crusty Italian bread drizzled with olive oil and crushed garlic.
The Mario Batali 4-Quart Risotto and Saucier Pan made of enamelled cast iron is ideal for cooking risotto or pasta sauce. But the thing about this risotto pot is that it is beautiful enough to serve at the table.
And just so you can make perfect Risotto, each order will receive a sampling of wonderful Italian recipes from the Mario Batali cookbook “Molto Italiano”. Risotto.
As with all cast iron cookware, the Mario Batali Italian Kitchen risotto pot is very heavy, so you may find it a bit troublesome to lift if you have arthritis or wrist problems, when it comes time to clean it. However because of its weight it gives you excellent results in your cooking.
And who can deny that this pot has elegant styling. Mario Batali has designed his range of Italian Kitchen cookware with Copco, a leading manufacturer in the field of cookware. So you have the assurance of buying quality cookware in the Mario Batali Italian Kitchen range.

Thanks so much for this. This might sound a little strange, but I spent the first couple of years of my teenage lifein Rome, then travelled all over the globe. Now I’m living in Australia, with my Chinese wife, and son we had whilst in Japan! Truly internationalized, eh? Anyway, I’ve been trying to rediscover the smells and tastes of my youth with some authentic Italian recipes like these, best I’ve found so far! Thanks again, I’ll see if I can add the feed to my google reader tonight, though my son usually does that for me!
