The sharp wire cutters slice cleanly through the mozzarella  so now like me, you to can have nicely rounded slices of mozzarella cheese instead of chunky clumps.

Mario Batali and his business partner Joe Bastianich have restaurants in New York City, Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Their flagship restaurant is Babbo Ristorante e Enoteca, which is situated in Greenwich Village.

Mario is also the chef/owner of six other very successful restaurants in New York City- Lupa Osteria Romana, Esca, Casa Mono, Bar Jamón, Otto Enoteca Pizzeria, and Del Posto.
