The carving knife is designed in a way that you don’t have to saw your meat in a back and forwards motion in order to create your slices. Instead you can make one wide sweeping cut.

The knife itself is forged from high carbon steel with a stain resistant alloy. The blade is then ground and polished by computer in order to maintain a perfect shape and line.

What We Like

  • Lifetime warranty.
  • The aluminum case is a nice final touch and a great way of storing your knife set. This may seem like a bit of a waste but consider that you probably won’t use your carving set everyday so keeping it stored in it’s own case is a great way of keeping it protected whilst not in use.
  • The fork works beautifully by keeping your meat in place while you carve away.
  • It also has a full tang which means the blade extends all the way up the handle of the knife. This is a sign of a good knife.

What We Don’t Like

  • This is not dishwasher safe so you will have to hand wash this one.
