The Norpro Vertical Roaster with Infuser has the added appeal of letting you fill the centre cone with herbs and spices, beer or cider and having the  flavors infuse the chicken to add taste and moisture to the chicken.

The roaster is a good quality product made from 18/10 stainless steel.

On reviewer brought two roaster so he could cook two chickens sided by side.

One buyer states that the roaster the stand itself does a credible job of roasting the chicken but feels that the steam holes are too small for the infuser to work effectively.

Most people reviewed had no problem putting the roaster together and found that it came apart easily enough for storage.

A quick spray with Pam on the stand and the infuser helps to make the roaster easy to clean, although it does need to be hand washed.

Although the base is fairly deep,  depending on the amount of fat your chicken has you may need to place the roaster inside another pan as the tray may not be deep enough to hold all the chicken drippings.

All in all the general consensus is that the Norpro vertical roaster with infuser is good value and does the job it is designed for exceptionally well.
