Perhaps the best thing about this griddle is that it can be used as a flat plate or as a grill. You just need to flip the plate over to use one side or the other.

Measuring at 12in by 20in this griddle pan is quite long and will fit over two burners.

What We Like

  • You can put this griddle in the oven as it is oven safe to 500F.
  • The griddle is made from cast iron so you will get great cooking results from this one as the plate heats evenly and retains the heat well.

What We Don’t Like

  • Being cast iron means that this is a heavy piece of equipment.
  • Storage may also be an issue as it is quite large.
  • This is not dishwasher safe.
