Norpro Garlic BakerI couldn’t imagine a world without garlic. The wonderful flavor and aroma it imparts to a dish definitely makes it worth every cent.

My favorite would have to be roasted garlic. I normally toss whole cloves in with my roast vegetables but they can come out overcooked compared to the rest of the vegetables.

That’s why I like the idea of this Norpro 5-1/2-Inch Garlic Baker. Just cut the top of a whole head of garlic and place it in the baker.  It works in both ovens and microwaves.

The garlic baker is made from terra cotta and the base is glazed so it makes clean up a whole lot easier.

It is made with a high domed lid so you should be able to roast elephant garlic in this as well as onions.
