You can store the cooled oil in the fryer by putting the snap on lid on the fryer and popping it in the refrigerator.

The Presto FryDaddy Electric Deep Fryer – 05420 has nonstick surfaces so clean up is easy. The fryer is not dishwasher-safe and should never be completely immersed in water.

There is a hand scoop included with the fryer for easy stirring, lifting, and draining and serving.
