This cookware set is manufactured using a tri-ply construction. The inner cooking layer and exterior surface are made from 18/10 stainless. Sandwiched between these two layers is a layer of aluminum in the base and sides. This ensures even heating so you won’t get those annoying hot spots on the cooking surface.

I agree with your review. The multiclad pro is outstanding product. It has nothing to envy to more expensive brands like All-Clad. If I were in the look for a quality cookware set, then this set would be my choice.
