What We Like

  • This is simple to use. When the pieces are all in the pot you know just what to do – drop your eggs in for perfectly poached eggs every time.
  • This pan has a very sturdy feel and seems to have great construction.
  • Coming with a glass lid it not only makes sure the heat stays inside so you can evenly poach your eggs, but you can also see through to watch the progress.
  • The pan is made from 18/10  Stainless Steel.
  • It is suitable to use with induction and ceramic stovetops.

What We Don’t Like

  • This is a hand-washing item so it will take a little more work to clean up after you cook.
  • While the poaching pans are labeled as non-stick, if you don’t put in a little butter or cooking spray you may end up with some of the egg staying behind.
  • The cups holding the eggs are just as hot as the eggs once they are cooked; so pulling them out of the pan requires tongs or a potholder that you can maneuver well.
