If you are in the market for a food processor, you want one that really can chop things up. With a 720 – watt motor, the Cuisinart 14 Cup Food Processor
may be just what you are looking for.
Its large capacity is not just in the bowl, but also in the feed tube that leads into the chopping mechanism. Sure it has the regular feeding tube, but this food processor also has an extra-large feed tube option that will speed up the process of getting food chopped and getting you on to the next part of your preparation plans. The extra-large feeding tube is big enough to put a whole potato into the machine and slice it up in seconds.
The Cuisinart 14 cup Food Processor comes with attachments for four types of work – a shredding disc and a slicing disc as well as blades for chopping or mixing dough. It also has an easy to use pulse option if you just need to have a quick extra chop.
When it’s time to put it all away, the stem and other protruding pieces can be removed and put inside the bowl to make the whole unit more compact and take up less space in your cabinets and shelves.

- The large feeding tube allows for less prep work with the same results
- Clean up is easy as most parts are dishwasher safe.
- The food processor comes with a video that tells you all you need to know about the machine.
- Although it is a sturdy machine it runs quietly.
What We Don’t Like:
- Some of the plastic parts included in this food-processing package may not hold up well to regular use.
- It has a number of safety features where things have to be ‘just so’ to work. It can get frustrating trying to make sure everything is perfect so you can process food.
- Customer support is not as good as it should be for a higher priced item like this.
- Can be fiddly to clean
The majority of customers who own this Cuisinart Food Processor are delighted with its features and performance and you can read the reviews at Amazon.com
