Cuisinart Multiclad Pro Sauce PanThe Cuisinart MultiClad line is made from a construction of three layers of metal. The cooking surface is 18/10 stainless steel and the outer brushed stainless steel. Sandwiched between the two is a layer of pure aluminum.

What Cuisinart have done is combine the best of metals into the one pan. The stainless steel is strong and durable, is easy to keep clean, doesn’t react with foods and doesn’t rust.

The aluminum core ensures that you get the best cooking experience possible with even heat distribution. What you will find is that foods cook evenly without hot spots.

The Cuisinart MultiClad Pro Sauce Pan comes in three sizes – 1.5 quart, 3 quart and 4 quart.
