I own a Mario Batali 4qt. dutch oven and have enjoyed cooking with it, but clean up can be a problem. I have a bar-b-que sauce I do in the pot and I left the heat on too long (medium). The sauce has burned to the bottom of the pan. I'm afraid to ruin the porcelain finish in cleaning it off. Can you help?
