Review: Oster 6848-000-950 Blend-N-Go Cup

Oster Blend n Go CupWhether you are a fan of smoothies or protein shakes, you know the hassle that can go with making that perfect drink every day.

You have to pull out the large pitcher for your blender to mix up one drink. Then you have to wash off all the pieces you have used to make one cup full.

It usually only takes a few drinks to realize that there is more hassle than it’s worth to make such drinks and you go back to something easier to prepare.

But, you donโ€™t have to give up on the drink you want because of the mess. Instead you can use the same container to blend and drink your favorite beverage without all the hassle and clean up.

The Oster 6848-000-950 Blend-N-Go Cup is a cup that goes straight from the blender to your drink holder without any steps in between.ย  This 16 ounce cup has been created to attach to the blade of your blender so you can fill it with the ingredients you want mixed, pop it on the blender, then just pop the blade off and your drink is ready to go.

Made of sturdy polycarbonate this cup is capable of handling a lot of use and abuse, and it has also been made to conveniently fit right into your car drink holder.ย  The spill and splash proof lid means you can take it from blender to car and office without any mishaps and spillages.

What we Like:

  • It cuts down on the clean up of the old days of using a blender pitcher to make mixed drinks.
  • You cut down on waste, as you will only make enough of a drink to fill the cup.
  • It fits in most car cup holders and has been constructed to be spill and splash proof to keep your vehicle clean.
  • It’s dishwasher safe for easy clean up.

  1. I have to have a one of these shakes every morning so this really helps reduce the clean-up. Thanks!

  2. Eliane T. says:

This is something I would love to try! I hate to use the blender and have to wash off the large pitcher.
The person who invents this is a genius!

  3. this is great! no more spills with the spoon & cup when making protein shakes!!!

  4. Am I the only one who looks at this drink mixing cup and thinks “Mmmm…easy margarias…”? I can picture myself mixing some up and sitting on the couch, without spilling everywhere after I’ve had a few! Protein shakes didn’t even cross my mind…

  5. Annette D says:

What a great idea! I’m not much on protein shakes but I love a frozen blended coffee in the morning!

  6. this sounds amazing. thanks for the info on it. i’d never heard of it before but it does seem very helpful.

  7. KimberlyC says:

I’m already excited about the extra room in my dishwasher since the hefty blender is relegated to storage! Probably can squeeze in 5 more plates and a bowl. Yippee!

  8. OK, this is pretty cool. It’s almost like the Magic Bullet that I have where you make it and drink from the same cups. So convenient. I had never heard of this one before.

  9. What a great idea! I hate cleaning my blender jar for a drink just for me ๐Ÿ™‚

  10. This looks like something I would love to try. ๐Ÿ™‚ Thanks!

  11. Cool ness!

  12. Neat. I love banana smoothies, but not the hassle of cleaning the blender afterwards. This seems like a great product.

  13. minaharker says:

I love this idea and looks chic too…. This is something I would love to try!

  14. Awesome! I will definitely have to look into this. We never have frozen/blended goodies at our house precisely because usually only one of us wants something (a craving) and it’s not worth the time, hassle and mess of doing the whole blender thing.
