Review: Victorinox Cutlery 3-Piece Paring Knife Set

Victorinox Cutlery 3 Piece Paring Knife SetThree great knives for the price of one moderate knife, that is what you will be getting when you purchase the Victorinox Cutlery 3-Piece Paring Knife Set.

If you have never seen or used the Victorinox Cutlery 3-Piece Paring Knife Set, you may not know just what is in store for you. But these knives will be a very loved addition to your kitchen.

All of these knives can be used to create culinary masterpieces and they will hold up to years of use and even some abuse.

All three knives have been forged out of high carbon stainless steel. That lets you know these will be strong blades that will hold an edge.

Additionally, when the sharpness does start to wear down, these knives can be sharpened again and again for as long as you own them.

Holding these blades is something else you will appreciate. The handles have been designed to be ergonomic, meaning they will fit comfortably in your hands and be easy to use and hold, even if you are preparing a large family meal.

When it comes to clean up, many people worry about their knives. Since knives are used to chop up and prepare raw meat, what can you do to make sure that there are not any bacteria sneaking into the knife blade just waiting to come out the next time you cook? With these knives that is not a problem as the construction reduces the number of places those bacteria can hide.

Included in this set are:

  • 3-¼ inch Straight Edged Parer
  • 3-¼ inch Wavy Edged Parer
  • 2-¼ inch Bird’s Beak Parer

Comments

  1. I had these paring knives listed on my site as some of the better brands on the market, but after reading other reviews about them, they purportedly don’t hold their edge and aren’t as sharp out of the box as are many of the Japanese paring knives, eg., Torijo, Hiromoto, or Kikuichi, to name but a few.

  2. Beautiful knives. Small easy to handle and store. Thanks for the information.
