The Rachael Ray 30 Minute Get Real Meals is an excellent cooking resource for the woman on the go and especially for those cooks who have no interest in preparing involved meals and slaving over a hot stove for hours.

Rachael Ray believes we all need some carbs in our life, she is not a fan of the low carb diet fad that has people eating low-carb foods with no taste.

The recipes in this book meet the needs of people who like to watch their carb intake while being suitable for people who can’t live carb free.

Apart from lots of ideas for tasty burgers and Thai and Mexican lettuce wraps there is also a dessert section for people who don’t bake.

Unfortunately Red Lobster restaurants aren’t available in Australia and we really miss it - that was until I found that you can get secret copycat recipes for this and other famous restaurants online.

I found this cookbook with Red Lobster Recipes plus over 200 recipes from restaurants like:

Jamie Oliver is a well know television chef who has a range of fantastic cookware. 

He has written a number of books including ‘The Naked Chef’ and ‘Jamie’s Kitchen’ which is complimentary to his television show in which he gave 15 unemployed kids a chance to be chefs and he also helps them to open a restaurant.

 ‘Jamie’s Kitchen’  provides clear advice and features over 100 recipes from the Cookery House and the restaurant.

I have a couple of Jamies cookbooks and find them to be inspiring. The recipes are easy to follow with clear instructions.

And as anyone who reads this blog knows, I have four fabulous pieces of Jamie Oliver cookware which have changed my whole outlook to cooking.  They are so easy to use and clean, what more could you ask.
