OXO Good Grips i-Series Swivel PeelerThis is yet another OXO product that has received exceptional ratings. The Oxo Good Grips i-Series Swivel Peeler has received rave reviews with the majority of reviewers on Amazon giving this product 5 stars.

The peeler has an extra hardened stainless steel blade with a super sharp blade. What’s amazing though is that the blade itself is replaceable so if it every dulls you don’t need to buy a whole new peeler.

The handle is non-slip so you won’t have the problem of the peeler slipping out of your hands.

It is ideal for cutting through the tough connective tissues on cheaper cuts of meat and it is ideal for use on meat you are going to fry or grill.  Tenderizing your meat helps to reduce the shrinkage experienced during the cooking process and using The Blade Machine reduces the cooking time required.

This is a sturdy piece of equipment that has a single row of 16 razor sharp stainless steel prongs that can pierce through any cut of meat such as large whole roasts, chickens, large cuts of venison and sirloin.

There is a rectangular-shaped, plastic handle and plastic cover which safely store the super-sharp blades when the Blade Machine is not in use.

For easy cleanup and hygienic safety, the tenderizer is dishwasher-safe.  Although I am not a fan of putting knives and sharp objects into the dishwasher, there is no reason why you can’t. On occassions you may find that you need to clean out any meat particles before washing. Be very careful of the sharp blades when doing this.

As with all equipment to keep in good working order, check the screws now and then and give them a quick tighten if they have worked loose.
