This wok was made with one purpose in mind, allowing you to enjoy your love of cooking over an open flame grill while also being able to have variety in what you can prepare.

This stainless steel wok has been created with special openings so the flame can get inside enough to give your food that grilled taste. It’s an 8-inch pan that is 4 inches deep, so you have plenty of space to pile up your favorite stir fry foods and can flip them to ensure even cooking.

If you want to close it in the grill to get a little more smoke in your stir-fry, you can remove the handle and leave the rest of the wok inside to absorb the flavor. When you’re ready, the handle snaps back in with a locking mechanism, so you know you have it attached and don’t end up losing your food.

What we like:

  • It’s Dishwasher safe, which makes for easier clean up after the grilling is done.
  • This wok comes with a removable handle that allows you to clean out any stray food particles and also makes it easier to store. Put the handle inside the pan and there’s no handle sticking out and getting in the way.
  • Having a grilling wok allows you to have healthier options than previously when you are cooking on your grill.

Other things to consider:

  • The holes on the wok pan that allow fire and smoke in can also catch food particles from time to time. If those food items sear to the surface, it can take a little more work to clean up. We recommend using cooking spray every time you use this to make sticking less likely.

This is just the look that you get from the Cuisinart Chef’s Classic Stainless-Steel 14-Piece Cookware Set.

This set is as beautiful to look at, as it is to use on the stovetop. It’s also very functional, offering three sizes of saucepans, two sizes of skillets, a sauté and a stockpot that will hold nine quarts. When you add in the regular steamer insert, the pasta steamer insert and matching lids for everything, it is almost like your kitchen can be complete in one purchase.

What we like:

  • Thanks to being made with an outer coat of mirror polished 18/10 stainless steel and an inner core of aluminum these pots heat fast and help you get a meal on the table even sooner.
  • Handles stay cool even while the rest of the pan gets very hot.
  • These are dishwasher safe to help you save time on the cleanup.
  • Want to cook in the oven? No problem, these are also oven safe pots up to 450°F.
  • While these are heavy duty cooking pots, they are also lightweight thanks to that aluminum core so they are easier to move around without breaking your back.

What we don’t like:

  • While the handles stay cool, if you use lids, they can get VERY hot.

If you use the pasta insert, you need to take your time removing it. Depending on how the pasta has fallen it may drain very slowly. Pulling it out too quickly can make a boiling mess.

While these pieces are dishwasher safe, you should still watch the steamer pieces carefully as they are prone to trapping small pieces of food.

NOTE: This set is not recommend for use on induction cooktops

In this case the quality comes in the form of a coffee maker that will allow you to serve up more coffee than many other machines with ease while adding a stylish, yet not overbearing, appearance to your kitchen.

Instead of being a large, bulky machine, this one can make 12 cups, while still fitting into a smaller space on your kitchen counter. Making the Cuisinart 12-c. Programmable Coffemaker ideal for kitchens that have little spare room on the countertop.

Things we like:

  • A programmable timer that allows you to decide when you want coffee to brew and be waiting for you in the morning.
  • Drip-stop mechanism that allows you to pour a cup before the whole pot is brewed without making a mess.
  • The capacity for its size. Most coffee makers take up more space to be able to brew 12 cups. This one is still compact with more output.
  • Dishwasher Safe – Instead of hand washing the carafe, you can toss it in the dishwasher to get it clean.
  • An auto shut off feature that doesn’t leave you far away from home wondering if you left the coffee pot on.
  • A charcoal filter that can make treated tap water taste better.

What we don’t like:

  • The way the lid attaches to the top of the coffee maker is inconvenient for pouring water into the maker when you are ready to brew.
  • The coffee grounds don’t always stay put in their cone filter as water is being spayed in for brewing and may make their way into the water tank. This is more likely to happen if you are trying to brew a whole 12 cups.
  • The construction of the Cuisinart Programmable Filter Brew 12-Cup Coffeemaker makes it more difficult to clean the grounds holder and the water reservoir.
