This weeks cookware review is for the Emile Henry Flame Top Covered Casserole. This is our first ceramic review but we couldn’t resist this versatile little dish that is both attractive and practical.
This casserole has everything – it is dishwasher safe, microwave safe, oven safe and broiler safe. But not only that, you can also store foods in it in the fridge or freezer. It is also attractive enough to take it straight to the table as a serving dish.
It comes in three colors including green (as shown), red and black.
