The R H. Forschner by Victorinox 10-1/4-Inch Curved Blade Bread Knife is made from high carbon steel which makes it easy to sharpen. This knife can be sharpened over and over if required in order to keep the sharp blade.

The black fibrox handle has a good solid grip and is ergonomically shaped so it is comfortable in the hand.

Whilst marketed as a bread knife this knife will handle a good number of cutting tasks including slicing tomatoes and meat.
