This mini food processor is great for processing salsa, blending dips, chopping nuts and mincing garlic. It’s great for those times when a big food processor is just too much.

What makes this KitchenAid Chef Series Food Chopper unique is the reverse spiral cutting action which ensures that foods are drawn into the center of the bowl. This means less time spent scraping down the sides of the bowl and also more uniform processing of foods.

What We Like

Yes it looks weird and you are probably wondering how it actually manages to cook a pizza. What it does is rotate the pizza to cook ensuring that it is evenly cooked.

This has received exceptional reviews on the net with most saying how much better it cooks store bought frozen pizza than a regular oven.

What We Like

  • The top and bottom heating elements are independently controlled so you have complete control over the baking. For instance, you can have the bottom element on and the bottom off.
  • The pizza plate can be removed for easy clean up.
  • It doesn’t require preheating.

What We Don’t Like

  • It only heats pizzas up to 12″.

Not a lot to spend on a Calphalon product although you can’t really equate this to the other high quality Calphalon products on the market today.

Having said that however, it is good value for money and will do the job nicely.

What’s Included

What We Like

  • It has a 10 year warranty.
  • Made from heavy gauge aluminumized steel you will be assured of even cooking and no hot spots.
  • The surface of each piece is nonstick so you won’t have a problem with foods sticking.
  • These pans don’t warp in high heat.
  • They are sturdy and strong.

What We Don’t Like

  • A few of the reviewers have noted that when washing in the dishwasher that the pans drips rusty water from the curled edges.

I love my wine but I don’t really know much about it. I drink it with my dinner each night but that’s as far a my knowledge takes me. So I didn’t know that by aerating the wine that you can release the aromas and make it taste better.

REVIEW: Oster 4207 Electric Wine Opener

Oster Wine Bottle Opener 4207For all those wine drinkers out there, this is a must have. The Oster 4207 Electric Wine Opener does the job of opening wine bottles quickly and easily and with just the touch of a button.

It comes with a charging base so you just sit the wine opener in the base to charge. When you want to use it just remove from the base and away you go.

So although it is electric, it is actually cordless so you won’t have to worry about cords getting in the way or not being able to take it out on the patio when you are entertaining.

Each charge is enough to open 30 bottles so it should handle even some of the biggest parties you might have.

To use you simply remove the seal using the foil cutter included. Then place the wine opener over the top of the bottle. Press the button and away it goes. When it stops the cork should be removed. You then press the button again to remove the cork from the wine opener itself.

What We Like

  • A foil cutter is included to remove seals. It sits in a holder on the back of the unit.
  • It’s cordless so can be taken anywhere.
  • Doesn’t take up a lot of counter space.
  • It’s reasonably priced.
