all-clad-ltd-round-nonstick-grill-panThe All Clad LTD Grill Pan is one of those very versatile pans that you will find yourself using over and over again. Whether you are cooking up breakfast for the family or grilling a couple of steaks for dinner.

The LTD range of cookware are made with three layers of bonded materials – stainless steel, pure aluminum and anodized aluminum. This makes for one solid piece of cookware that cooks exceedingly well.

Keep in mind that the LTD range of cookware was originally designed for professional chefs so you are looking at commercial grade cookware here.

What We Like

  • The pure aluminum core means that foods cook evenly and without hotspots.
  • It’s good looking cookware and will look the part hanging from a pot rack in your kitchen.
  • The handles are riveted for strength and durability.
  • I like the round shape – it’s just a bit different to the usual square or rectangular grill pans available today.

What We Don’t Like

  • You can’t use metal utensils.
  • This pan is not dishwasher safe.

This little device actually squeezes the juice out of citrus fruits.

It is particularly useful for making the traditional Brazilian drink called Caipirinha which is made with limes, cachaca and sugar.

What We Like

  • It’s made from 18/10 stainless steel.
  • It’s designed and engineered in Germany.
  • At 6.75 inches this is great for taller glasses.
  • This is dishwasher safe.
  • It has a lifetime warranty.

What We Don’t Like

  • Nothing really.

It’s so versatile and the fact that it works so well on the stove top and in the oven means that you can brown your meats and then transfer to the oven to finish cooking.

Made from cast iron and finished with enamel this is a quality piece of cookware that you will have for a lifetime.

What We Like

  • It’s oven safe to 450F.
  • It’s so versatile and looks so good that it can go from stove top, to oven to tabletop quite easily.
  • This is a quality product.
  • Because of its enamel surface you won’t get foods reacting to it.
  • It is dishwasher safe.
  • It has a lifetime warranty.

What We Don’t Like

  • Le Creuset is pricey but you are getting quality for your money here.
  • As with all cast iron, this pan is heavy.
