The everyday pan has a domed, tempered glass lid so you have a clear view of the cooking process and the lid is oven safe to 450 degrees.

This pan has an added feature in that it can also be used on induction cook tops.

The pan has sloping sides which allows you to easily scrape the food around the edge of the when you are making a pan sauce.

This pan has an aluminum core but what makes this a quality piece is that the aluminum core extends up the sides of the pan. This assists in spreading heat evenly which ultimately means better cooking results.

The two small handles allow the pan to fit comfortably on the stove with other pots and makes it easy to manage when serving, washing up and storing.
