The All-Clad LTD range comprises a 3 ply construction with an exterior of hard anodized aluminum, a pure aluminum core and an 18/10 stainless steel cooking surface.

The anodized exterior provides a hard surface that will prevent scratching, chipping or peeling whilst the inner aluminum core allows for even heat distribution.

The stainless steel cooking surface finishes this piece off nicely providing an easy to clean and non-reactive surface.

We love the versatility of this Dutch oven. It's elegant good looks allows this piece to transition easily from stove to tabletop making this a beautiful serving dish.

The handles are riveted perfectly into place and you just know that with All-Clads precision and attention to quality that they aren't going to come apart, at least not in my lifetime.

This is one piece of cookware that anyone would be proud to own.

What we don't like

This Dutch oven is not dishwasher safe so you will need to hand wash this piece to keep it in good shape.

Discoloration on  All Clad Cookware

If you are finding blue or brown stains on your All-Clad stainless cookware it could be due to the following reasons:

  • Overheating of the pot or pan - these pans do not require very high heats to cook effectively so keep temperatures to low or medium settings wherever possible

  • Reheating of the pot or pan when food film has not been removed completely can cause spotting and staining.

  • If your water content is very high in iron it can cause rust stains

Caring For All Clad Dutch Ovens

  • Wash in warm soapy water

  • Do not use harsh scourers or steel wool.
